My stay was quite disappointing due to several issues we faced during our visit. Initially, our room was flooded, which forced my husband and me to stay for two nights in separate rooms with friends. The management seemed unhelpful in resolving the situation and refused to refund us for the nights we couldn’t use our room. Additionally, the check-in process was terribly slow, and the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. It's a shame because we were looking forward to a nice getaway.
